Chocolate holder flower vase for Women’s Day 2022/02/22

The mimosa is a flower imported to Europe from Australia in the 19th century that flourishes at the end of the winter with little pompons.

There are several types, including a variant with yellow flowers that was chosen as the symbol flower of Women’s Day in Italy. Today we will make chocolate holder flower vases with mimosas to give away to your lady friends and colleagues.

You will need:

  • Yellow and green foamy (alternatively cardboard)
  • Mimosa branch (I used a synthetic one, you can use a real one)
  • Yellow dolor ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Hot glue
  • Flower vase pattern of Tempo di Festa

Cut the jar and flower

Place then on the foamy and trace it with the pencil, cut it out, including the heart.

Fold the vase where indicated pressing strongly and paste it over the flower with the hot glue, this way the vase with have a support base.

Insert the mimosa branch in the center and close the vase with the hot glue. If you are using real flowers, it is necessary to block them without pasting them, they will last until that special day even without water.

We just have to decorate with a string and put the chocolate in.

Download for free the Tempo di Festa® gift: a beautiful bookmarker to print without limit and give to your lady friends, coworkers or, why not, the store clerk or the waitress in a bar. It is the party of all women!
