Pumpkin coaster tutorial 2021/10/13

Autumn is here and the nature’s colors start to change to a yellow, orange and reddish color palette, the cool of dawn and the afternoon begin to enter the house where in the kitchen the decorations also claim a change, the hot tees become essential.

Easy to make, practical and useful to decorate the table, these coasters could be a way to beautify our kitchen this season

To make the coasters you can use scraps of fabric in autumn shades or buy at least 40 cm of fabric of your choosing. For a fabric with a 150 cm width, you can obtain 12 coasters as the fabric is double

In my case, I have used fabric scraps in orange shades. As the fabric I am using is thick, 2 pieces, one in front of the other, are enough to form them, I cut the pieces, I insert the pumpkin stalk, place the pins and with black thread I sew the lines to give the shape. I share the pumpkin pattern later

Simple and attractive that invite you to have an evening with tee or coffee with cake.

And not only that, due to its measurement, they are useful for a casserole or coffee pot
