Tempo di Festa: Training course for party planners 05/03/2011

The course lasted four hours and we talked about how to organize, plan and decorate different types of parties (birthdays, themed parties), illustrating and making different types of decorations live, with 3 types of tables and also teaching “the secrets of the trade”. Like administrating the budget, how to draw up invitations, the theme to choose, the place, the place, the hour, the menu, additional elements, etc.

We talked about table decorations for the table, for the venue and also balloon decoration.

On the second evening we talked about 3 parties in particular: the baby shower, the bachelorette party and parties for teens.

We addressed the aspects of its organization, planning, activities, games and entertainment, gifts or party favors and practical advice.

I’ve lived a new experience, I had so much fun sharing what I love to do, my job, here are some photos with the group, although some participants didn’t want to be on the photo…
