Recycle chocolate eggs to make cupcakes with a soft heart 04/13/2018

If you have kids, you will also have chocolate eggs to recycle!

Today we make a classic recipe that everybody always likes: Soft heart shaped cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 120 gr of butter
  • 120 gr of sifted flour
  • 120 gr of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yeast packet
  • 100 gr of chocolate eggs and/or muffin eggs and muffin molds

Turn the oven on at 170° C.

Break the chocolate in small chunks: use a bag and the fists of my little girl who couldn’t wait to help me!

Melt the butter by double boiler in a bowl over boiling water.

Add the melted butter to the sugar and stir well.

Then add the eggs, flour and the baking powder and mix. You will get a sticky paste.

Place the muffin molds on the baking mold with cups (if you have just one mold its fine any way) and half fill them with the mixture with two spoons.

Place the chocolate in the center and fill the rest with more mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes, then turn down the temperature to 120° C and leave for other 10 minutes.

When you cut the cupcakes, a soft chocolate filling will come out!
