Reto amistoso 144 presentation 2021/12/01

Hello! First of all, allow me to welcome you and thank you for your visit to my blog.

I am very happy to participate for the first time as host of Reto amistoso (the Friendly Challenge). Our dear friend Eli of the ovillo de Oli blog has invited me and I have accepted this invitation with delight.

I took a spin on  Pinterest and found many creative ideas for this theme I am sure you will love. The theme for the Friendly Challenge No. 144 is Clock. 

Following is the Pinterest board so you can have an idea of the possibilities of creation considering the liberty of materials and techniques you can use.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

- In this publication leave a comment to confirm your participation in the Challenge

- Prepare a new publication by December 31st, 2021 at 9:00 am, Spain time.

- Please send me the link to your publication to info@tempodifesta.com no later than December 30th, 2021

Here are the complete rules for the Friendly Challenge:

FRIENDLY CHALLENGE REGULATIONS

* Register in the respective entry

* Give your blog’s link

* Take the challenge’s logo to your blog

* Post in your blog the finished work on the 30th of the month

* Visit the participating blogs over the next 8 days

*Designate the following challenge organizer on the 25th of the month and publishing on her blog

* Take your compliance certificate

Friendly Challenges began on January 5th, 2010 thanks to Chela from the  Aires de Ayer, Airs from yesterday) blog. Then she began another blog named “Yarilandia”. She created the challenges as a monthly meeting point to knit, meet friends, share projects and promote crochet. They made the same design but each artisan would put a touch of their inspiration and creativity and would apply it to what their imagination dictated, respecting the original project.

Chela organized the first 50 Friendly Challenges but due to her limited time, her friend Ana María or Anamá or Ana, one of the first organizers. Her blog was “Manos Creadoras” (Creative Hands) which no longer exists, now it is el taller  de L'Ana (L’Ana’s Workshop) and she was the one who was in charge for a long time.

Finally, the challenges started to be organized by Eulalia of the  Atelier de Yayi, (Yayi’s Workshop) (→ here the beginning of the new phase), changing some aspects of the rules, so now:

→ The technique and material you use is of free choosing

→ Every 30th day of the month a handcraft is published in accordance with the theme proposed by the organizer

→ The challenge organizer of each month is proposed by the host of the previous month

→ Each organizer creates a special logo allusive to the theme which she will propose as well as a participation certificate that the participants will take the day of the event

→ Get to know the first 10 years of the History of the Friendly Challenge

We will be updating the participants’ list according to how they register.

    Hola... Quisiera participar, pero aún no se me ocurre cómo, ya que las técnicas que siempre utilizo son de tejido.

    Espero encontrar alguna cosa, sino sería hasta la próxima oportunidad.

    Igualmente visitaré los blogs participantes.

    Hola Sandra, te he conocido hace muy poquito y gracias a este reto, así que cuenta conmigo para este difícil reto que nos propones. No tengo ni idea de lo que puedo hacer pero lo intentaré.
