Gift made by you for dad: The Wish Jar 03/15/2018

In a few days it’ll be Father’s Day, so today we offer you a simple and inexpensive project to make: Dad’s Wish Jar

It’s about pleasing dad with some simple wishes or something that he surely likes for a week or ten days after Father’s Day

Let’s see how it’s made...

Required material:

  • Pen
  • Clean jar
  • Double sided tape (you can also use classic tape)
  • Colored sheets (you decide how many, each sheet will be a Wish)
  • Scissors
  • The special label “Dad’s Wishes” that you will find below

Each small sheet must contain a phrase that represents a request or Wish from dad to his children or addressed to other family members

So let’s go with the sweetness and love every child has for their father, meanwhile I’ll list some ideas or suggestions that you’ll have to customize according to your dad’s likes and preferences...

  • Watch the game without being bothered
  • Breakfast in bed
  • Extra cuddles
  • Arranging the toys without making me angry
  • My favorite dish for dinner...

Add everything you know that your dad can like

Accompany the cards with drawings or stickers to make them cuter and more fun

Then fold the sheets and put them in the jar

Now download, print and cut the label you’ll find next

Adjust the label size so it adapts to your jar and if you like, color it!

Close the jar and stick the label with double sided tape. You can decorate with a ribbon or bow

The idea is very nice and at the same time a children’s commitment to dad!

Remember to accompany the jar with a kiss, Smuak!
