FAQ – Our clients requests and our answers 2021/05/10

 

Tempo di Festa® takes care of important moments and celebrations in people’s lives since 2008 and offers a series of digital and physical products and for this reason, we have compiled some questions our clients make us which we have tried to answer.

We do not want to be pre pretentious but we believe that every job deserves to be paid and we explain why.

What do we understand by digital product?

Digital products are goods or services that cannot be taken, tasted nor touched and must be sent via email, WhatsApp, etc. or listened and seen through a computer, TV, mobile phones, etc. To use a digital product, you need to download it. In our case we also must print it and convert it into a material product.

Can I first take a look at the draft of the kit’s illustration I want to purchase?

Yes, of course, you are already looking at it because the final result of a kit is how it looks like in the images of our website. Try to imagine the name and age of your child instead of the examples of the images of the store.

Why can’t I see the graphics or a preview of how my data would look?

Because preparing a customized digital product with your data just to show it in a preview means that we are doing our job, that is, graphics, composition, design, etc., and all of that must be remunerated, otherwise it would mean we are making our job for free.

For a new product, can I see the draft first?

Yes, buying a customized product with a new theme (that is not present in the store or our archives) we will send you an email with the draft based on your data and instructions. You can request three reviews or modifications and after its approval, we will send it to you.

What happens I don’t like the kit I receive?

In the case of the new kit, we have made modifications to perfectly adapt it according to your needs.

For the kits already in the store, the drawing and the written parts are clearly represented so the client can take a good look at them before buying them and imagine how the final product will be.

Anu doubt after receiving the products is the client’s responsibility. The “extra” modifications and changes posterior to the delivery will have a cost.

I would like to modify and add some words or phrases to the article I wish to purchase, is this possible?

No, the graphics and drawings are especially designed to be presented as such. Other changes and additions modify the design, even if they are only a few words. The client must trust the expert eye of those who design the product from its base, the changes will be paid as extras with the risk of unbalancing the graphic composition therefore, it is not possible.

Why must I pay for something I have not seen?

First of all because it is not a “thing” (it is a product) that cannot be seen yet because the images of the final product are clearly seen on the website.

In second place, because to prepare a digital product like graphics, composition, drawing, planning just to give you a preview, you need commitment, creativity but above all TIME and it is a job that deserves the adequate reward.

If I don’t see it before, I will not buy it.

The possibility of seeing the final product, digital or not, is clear: all the images of our store are show what you are buying.

Unfortunately, as it is a “digital product” and as explained previously, we need time to process it and in any case that is our job. Also, on our Blog in “Our Party Kits” section, we show you how to best use some of our products and we recommend some trade tips.

I don’t need all the products in the kit I want to purchase, can I replace them with others?

If you don’t need a product in the kit you have chosen, you may simply not print it.

The products included in each kit have already been projected and designed, therefore, they are available, while all the other ones must be made from scratch. You can purchase the products you are interested in separately to complete the kit or create yourself the ideal kit in the “create your party” category.

You start preparing the kit, I’ll look at it after and if I like it, I’ll buy it…

We trust our clients but in the digital field this is not possible because it is not a physical product you can try on as a pair of shoes; we previously explained what it means to prepare a digital product. It is like if you go to watch a movie and if you liked it, you pay the ticket, but if you didn’t like it, you don’t pay the ticket? I am sure you would not do that.

I bought the Party Box so the products arrive at my house via courier service, can I also have the digital products as I have already purchased the physical products?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to also have the digital products if you have already purchased the Party Box because, even though they are the same products, the processing method is different if it will be prepared for the client or if it will be printed at our printing house. The formats change and to send it to you, even digitally, we need time to work on it. If you wish, we can send you the digital part of the same party you have purchased with a special discount. We will always be available to create your perfect party kit, either digital for printing or as a finished product (Party Box), but each job deserves respect and reward, including ours.
