Expo wedding 10/21/2011

Over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of October, we took part for the first time with our stand in the Expo Sposi en Cavarzere (Ve) fair. 

I was excited with the idea of preparing the TdF stand even though it was not the first time in similar events: with my company I have participated in the Espacio Banamex Exposition Center in Mexico City, but in Italy it was the first time!

At last I got to prepare everything I desired, here are the photos:

We have created some centerpieces with balloons filled with helium,

A wall decoration [vertical or hanging decoration?], a balloon cake of approximately 2 meters high, a column with an aerostatic balloon filled with balloons, a two-color arch and other decorations that outstood our logo.

For the visitors wanting more information, I prepared a catalogue with photographs of the parties we have organized, invitations, brochures, flyers, business cards and paper bags.

On the table we placed, together with the centerpieces, a beautiful party set for dinner snacks with plates, glasses, tablecloths, napkins, etc. and our new and exclusive paper eye-glasses and ties to liven up the parties in combination with our delicious customized cookies.

I want to tell you that I was really satisfied and happy with the success of the event, we have had several visitors from the surroundings, and on Sunday the event concluded with the cutting of the giant cake.
