How to make a Cone for Holding Rice or Petals for a Wedding 2016/10/26

Today I will show you how to make Cones for Holding Petals or Rice.

Between us we don’t have secrets for making a professional arrangement, it is something well done by yourself and surely your version will have a huge distinction.

Materials

Pilot Paper sheets
Stapler
Hot Silicone
Rice and petals

Collect leaves leaving the stem as long as possible

Place them on a vase with water to keep them fresh

The most colorful side of the sheet is the one we will leave on the outside; we wrap the cone as I show next

Start by carefully folding the sheet and with the stapler; we staple several points so the sheet doesn’t unfold.

Animation

We let a drop of hot silicone fall inside so the rice doesn’t escape

With the stapler set the stem so it looks like a basket; support the cones against each other inside a basket, this way the points wont get damaged.

Prepare the cones with rice or petals for your wedding day and place them on a basket so guests can take them and throw them as is the tradition. Do not forget to use our Green Wedding kit to take careof eevery single detail of your wedding.
