How to make a crochet Mexican skull 2016/10/18

Today we will make a crochet Mexican skull

Materials

• White thread
• Crochet needle
• Colored yarn
• Embroidering needle
• Scissors

We start the first round with the indicated chain stitches + one more chain stitch, we proceed until reaching where the increases start

Here I show you the diagram on how to increase a stitch or more on each side, to make this step you must always have present which is the front of your craft and work step 1 then step 2, in that order. 

This way you can see how the craft increases

Make each one of the increases.

After the increases, continue with the indicated width on the diagram

Now make the decreases skipping the first stitch and with a slip stitch pick the second stitch and continue with the next round

We end and finish off the initial and final thread towards the back

We embroider the mouth, noise and eyes with bright and colorful yarn, here is where you let your imagination loose. You can help yourself with a cross stitch, fill the empty spaces and embroider flowers, branches and leaves.

With a thread and needle or hot silicone, you can join the skull to a brooch
