Don’t worry! Today I share with you some beverages to offer and entertain your guests

Ingredients

Sparkling wine
Elderberry syrup
Mineral water
Ice
Peppermint leaves

We place the ice in the cups and start serving the sparkling wine and then the mineral water, equal parts, the portions may vary according to how you prefer the predominant flavor to be, more or less alcoholic

We add a dash of the elderberry syrup, some peppermint leaves and mix

Serve with different color straws so your guests can identify their beverage

Aperol appetizer - IDEA 2

Ingredients

Sparkling wine
Alcoholic appetizer
Mineral water

In a cocktail glass add equal parts of the alcoholic appetizer (Aperol type), sparkling wine and mineral water, shake the beverage slowly

These drinks are accompanied by peanuts, crackers, olives, small cubes of cheese or turkey ham while awaiting the main dish

Elderberry syrup

In a cocktail glass serve the wine, add a bit of elderberry syrup, always to taste, to give a more aromatic note to the wine
